These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aqua Clock application (“the App”). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by applicable law;
• rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the App;
• use the App in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The App, including its design, graphics, animations and code, is owned by 13Ants and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate as a timekeeping device. Do not rely on the App where precise or critical timekeeping is required.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 13Ants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Changes to the App and Terms

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
