Aqua Clock (“the App”) is a clock application for iPhone and iPad. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information. In short: the App is designed to work entirely on your device and does not collect, transmit or share any personal data.

Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information. The App has no accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics or tracking. We do not gather your name, email address, location, contacts, or any usage data.

Device sensors

The App reads your device’s motion sensors (accelerometer) in real time to determine the direction of gravity so the water animation can respond to how you hold your device. This sensor data is used only on-device for the live visual effect. It is never stored, logged, or sent anywhere.

On-device settings

Your preferences — such as the selected theme, time format and volume — are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. They never leave your device and are removed if you delete the App.

Third parties

The App does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or social media SDKs, and does not share data with any third parties.

Children’s privacy

The App does not collect data from anyone, including children. It is safe for users of all ages.
