Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Smart Photo Cleaner iOS application ("App") operated by 13ants ("we", "us", "our").
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the App.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal Apple device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The App is distributed through Apple's App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms will govern with respect to your App Store relationship.
The App requests access to your photo library to provide its functionality. You are solely responsible for the content of your photo library and any actions you take using the App, including deleting photos and videos.
⚠️ Deletion is permanent. When you confirm deletion of photos within the App, those photos are moved to your device's "Recently Deleted" album (if enabled by iOS) and may be permanently deleted after 30 days, or immediately if you empty the album. We strongly recommend backing up your library before performing bulk deletions. We are not responsible for the permanent loss of any photos or data.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: the App is designed with zero data collection — all processing occurs on your device, and no data is ever transmitted to us or any third party.
The App and all of its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 13ants. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of applicable jurisdictions. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The App's photo analysis uses machine learning which, by nature, is probabilistic. Results (similarity groupings, blur detection, etc.) may not be 100% accurate. Always review suggested deletions before confirming.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 13ants, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of photos, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may also update the App from time to time, change its features, or discontinue it entirely. We are not obligated to provide updates or maintain the App indefinitely.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the developer's jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
